By purchasing from Majylls Ph, you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions implemented by the shop.

BUYER'S ETIQUETTE
• Please be 100% sure before placing an order from Majylls Ph.
• Majylls Ph has the right to cancel an order from rude, impatient, and bogus buyers.
• Majylls Ph will not be held accountable for the customer’s lack of knowledge regarding the terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMERS
• Items are thrifted unless stated brand new.
• Please manage your expectations on items that are thrifted/preloved as they are pre-washed & may have stains, but are still manageable.
• As is, where is.
• Buy at your discretion.
• Items may appear lighter or darker in the picture. Brightness is adjusted especially in gloomy weather.
•Yellow stains are inevitable on white items.
•Please soak or use bleach to remove such stain/s.
•Items are measured manually. Please allow discrepancies.

ORDER CANCELLATION
• Majylls Ph does not allow cancellation for confirmed orders to prevent joy reservers and bogus buyers.
• Cancellation of one item will result in the cancellation of all orders.

PAYMENT
• Majylls Ph implements a payment-first policy or cash on delivery through SHOPEE CHECK OUT.
• Majylls Ph accepts payment through Cebuana, GCash, LBC, and Palawan.
• Payment should be settled on or before the given cut-off of order on Instagram or FB page.
• Failure to pay on time will result in a canceled order.
• Majylls Ph will send a payment confirmation within 24 hours after receiving the proof of payment.
• Proof of payment must be uploaded upon filling out the order form.
• Items will not be shipped without proof of payment from the buyer.

DELIVERY
• Combined shipment of items from different collections is not allowed.
• Paid items are shipped three days after the payment cut-off. Items that are paid late will be shipped together with the next collection.
• Majylls Ph ships through SHOPEE CHECK OUT, JRS, JNT, and LBC.
• No rush shipping.
• Majylls Ph will not be held responsible for any damages, delay, or loss caused by the couriers.

EXCHANGE, RETURN, & REFUND
• Majylls Ph does not allow exchange, return or refund of item/s unless the shop is at fault.
• The buyer must send a clear unedited unboxing video to @Majylls Ph on Instagram/FB page/Shopee when asking for a return or refund due to the mistake of the shop.
• Majylls Ph will not allow return or refund without an unboxing video.
• Majylls Ph will only refund a maximum of ₱60 if there is a major stain or faulty zipper that is not stated on the caption.
• In case of return due to shop’s fault, Majylls Ph is responsible for and must shoulder the shipping fee for the item/s to be returned.
• Item/s must be returned first to Majylls Ph before the replacement is delivered or the refund is sent.
